Orciari is a European leader in the production of automotive accessories and hard top for pickup trucks.
For over 40 years, we have been designing and manufacturing automotive accessories for car manufacturers and vehicle importers.
Orciari accessories are produced while ensuring constant quality control, necessary to meet the requirements of car manufacturers and the satisfaction of the end user.
Orciari is able to supply assembled products ready to be introduced into the assembly lines of its customers.
We also supply accessories painted in RAL shades or special colors according to customer specifications.

The experience gained over the years in the production of accessories with a wide variety of shapes and made using different materials allows us to master the most diverse molding technologies, such as:

• Thermoforming molding
• Polyurethane molding
• Molding of composite materials in fiberglass or carbon fiber
Once the product style has been defined, we move on to the feasibility study. Once the most suitable type of molding has been identified, we proceed to create the 3D models / CAD data. Prior to the production of the molds, it is possible to produce printed prototypes using the best rapid prototyping technologies in order to validate the 3D models before the final molds are manufactured.
